A Academia de Artes e Ciências Televisivas revelou nesta quinta—feira (12) a lista de indicados para os prêmios Emmy de 2018. A cerimônia foi conduzida pela talentosa Samira Wiley, estrela das séries “The Handmaid’s Tale” e “Orange is the New Black” e pelo carismático Ryan Eggold, de “New Amsterdam”.
Quem lidera a lista de indicações é a série queridinha de muita gente “Game of Thrones”, com um total de 22 nomeações, incluindo na categoria “Melhor Série de Drama”. Porém, entre as emissoras, quem saiu na frente foi a plataforma de Streaming Netflix, com 122 indicações. Em segundo lugar ficou a HBO, com 108.
A premiação acontecerá no dia 17 de setembro. Este ano, os apresentadores serão os comediantes Colin Jost e Michael Che, do Saturday Night Live. No Brasil, a transmissão ao vivo será pelo canal TNT.
